Suvaag Anandchund
Suvaag has passed Afrikaans as well as his Matric with a Bachelor’s degree. Which enables him to gain entry to University.
This year he is going to study a degree in BA in corporate communications at Varsity college.

Luan Van Heerden
Parklands College has awarded Luan colours for Service

Received colours for Technology and awarded the Digital Imagining Trophy for the incredible special effects in his grade 10 movie
Rebekah Brown
Rebekah was awarded half colours for service. This is given to students that have given themselves to serving others through various initiatives like sandwich drive, packing meals for less fortunate pupils, Interact activities, etc.
Luan van Heerden
Luan has been chosen as Vice House Captain for 2020; he has also been actively participating in peer support. Luan has completed his Childline Teenage Suicide course in order to assist his fellow teenagers and is looking to pursue a career in psychology, focusing on International Social Development.
Liam Carr
At the Awards Ceremony, as he ends his school career Parklands College & Christopher Robin Pre-Primary – Liam received the Jonlyn Art Trophy for Drawing in the FET Phase!
Amber van Der Spuy
Amber was chosen in 2018 to be one of the first CBC learners to attend a global immersion of Edmond Rice schools in Australia. It was a life changing experience. The same year she was chosen as house prefect for Rice House.
In 2019 Amber attended the CBC interschools winter games in Bloemfontein as a member of the netball team and was also awarded half colours for her service to the school and a certificate for service as a house prefect.
Vikesh Patel
Vikesh Patel received full colours in recognition of Leadership for Prefect council 2017, 2018, 2019
He was also top performer in Dramatic Arts Grade 12, 2019
Cameron Whiteford
So proud of Cameron – earlier this month Cameron won the Sunningdale Cultural Award for Excellence in Art. He also walked away with a R500 gift voucher for winning an achievement award from the Lion’s Club sponsored competition – Journey of Peace
